Membership is valid any and every day that BRAVOZ Entertainment Center is open to the public, not including special events. Attraction time may be limited to a maximum of 4 hours subject to availability. Memberships do not include admission to Birthday Parties, Field Trips, or other Select Events. We reserve the right to close the facility for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website in advance. Buddy Passes are valid for the Unlimited Access Package. Food Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts and do not include Alcoholic Beverages. Age and height restrictions apply.

***One parent/guardian of the child associated with the membership. Membership Play benefits are valid for minors or toddlers of the membership. Does not include Bravoz Jump Socks.

****One FREE buddy pass per month. Only the Individual membership comes with a FREE buddy Pass. (Example: Once a month an individual member can bring a friend for free. Other times they would have to use a 20% off member discount.)

Memberships are only valid for the name on the membership card. Members must present a membership card for access. BRAVOZ Entertainment Center is not responsible for lost or stolen membership cards. Replacement cards can be purchased for a $5 replacement fee.

We no longer have monthly memberships. We now offer season passes throughout the year.

Do memberships have blackout dates?

No. Your membership is valid any and every day that Bravoz Entertainment Center is open to the public, not including special events. Memberships do not include admission to Birthday Parties, Field Trips, or other Select Events. We reserve the right to close the facility for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website in advance.

Does everyone in the family need a membership?

Each individual that wants to participate in attractions needs to have their own membership or daily pass. One accompanying parent/guardian is allowed to participate in attractions with a minor that has a valid membership.

When does my membership expire?

Your membership expires after one year of purchase date.

Do I need to renew my membership every year?

All memberships have an intial 12-month commitment period. After the initial 12-month period has passed, you may cancel any time after making your 12th payment.

How can I cancel my membership?

After your initial 12-month period, you may cancel by emailing info@bravoz.com.

How do I know what my membership includes?

The benefits of your memberships can be found online at www.bravoz.com/memberships.

Is there a limit to how many times I can visit BRAVOZ with a membership?

Members are allowed to visit our facility as many times as they would like whenever BRAVOZ Entertainment Center is open to the public. Admission is limited to once per day and attraction time may be limited to a maximum of 4 hours, subject to availability. Your membership also comes with a variety of benefits described on the membership page, which can be found at https://bravoz.com/memberships/.

What age can I drop off my Child?

Children under the age of 13 may not be left unattended without adult supervision.

Do parents have to have a membership?

Each individual that wants to participate in attractions needs to have their own membership. However, one accompanying parent/guardian is allowed to participate in attractions with a minor that has a valid membership. Memberships are non-transferable.

Can I cancel my membership before it ends?

You are welcome to cancel your membership before it ends. However, you will not be reimbursed for days not used.

Can I pay for a membership in person?

Yes! You will need to register in person to finish setting up your membership, so we recommend purchasing all memberships in-store. You can do so by visiting BRAVOZ Entertainment Center during normal operating hours.

Can I pay for my membership with cash?

Yes. However, if you would like to use cash to pay for a yearly membership, you can do so by visiting BRAVOZ Entertainment Center during normal operating hours.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable. Memberships are only valid for the name on the membership card. Members must present their membership card each time they come in for admission.

Can I purchase a membership online?

Yes, Athough we perfer guest purchase memberships in-store.

May I purchase a membership at any time?

We run different packages throughout the year. We only allow the purchase of our monthly memberships during September – April. We close the monthly purchase for memberships and open up our Summer Action Pass during the summer. (May-August)
