BRAVOZ focuses its philanthropic efforts on education, exercise, and families with an emphasis on donating to schools’ arts and athletics programs. Community support in the form of in-kind donations and sponsorships from BRAVOZ must be submitted through our online application request system.

Submit your donation request by completing the form below. Please note that this is a request to BRAVOZ Entertainment Center in Jacksonville, FL. Any and all approved donation requests will be valid and redeemable at this location only. We make great efforts to respond to all requests in a timely manner, but due to the number we receive, could take up to six weeks to process.
