Here's what to Look forward To:
CHECK IN PROCESS
- Upon arrival, our Celebration Crew will greet your group and check in each guest at our dedicated party desk.
- To keep things running smoothly, we recommend guests arrive 5 minutes early for check-in and complete a waiver prior to arrival.
- Providing a list of invited guests ahead of time helps us streamline this process and avoid checking uninvited guests into your party.
- Don’t worry about latecomers—our team will ensure everyone is welcomed and included!
Play Time
- To get the excitement rolling, guests will receive a warm welcome, a quick briefing on Bravoz’s attractions, and an overview of the experience.
- Your Celebration Crew Member is your facilitator of fun – playing with, interacting, and entertaining the kids the entire event.
- Parties last 2.5 hours in total:
- 90 minutes of attraction play based on your selected party package.
- 60 minutes in a private party room for food, drinks, and celebration.
- After room time, the fun doesn’t stop! With Bravoz’s Unlimited Play Parties, guests can continue enjoying attractions for as long as they’d like.
Gifts
- We’ll transport your gifts to a secure area so you can focus on the fun, knowing everything is safe and ready for you when it’s time to leave.

Our Celebration Crew will set up your party room to create the perfect festive atmosphere!
- What We Provide:
- Tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, lighters, candles, and a cake cutter.
- What You Can Bring:
- Weighted, pre-inflated balloons and themed tablecloths (our rooms have 6-foot rectangular tables).
- Small table decorations to personalize your celebration.
- What to Avoid:
- Balloon arches, wall decor, confetti, and piñatas.
- What We Provide:
Food and Beverage Service
- During your 60-minute private room celebration, our Crew will handle food and drink service, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
- Your all-inclusive party package includes pizza and water for 10 guests.
- Want more options? Check out our menu of delicious food and beverage upgrades to enhance the experience for both kids and adults.
Note: Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
CAKE
- You’re welcome to bring a dessert item to enjoy in the room. Refrigerators and freezers are available for storage if needed.
- When it’s time to celebrate, our Crew will:
- Cut the cake.
- Light candles.
- Help create a memorable moment for the birthday child.
Party Favors
- As the party wraps up, our Celebration Crew will distribute party favors included in your package or any that you provide, ensuring each child feels special and leaves with a smile.
Tipping
- Our Celebration Crew works hard to make your party flawless and stress-free. Gratuities are appreciated for a job well done! We’re here to make your party an unforgettable experience for everyone. Let us handle the details so you can relax, celebrate, and create amazing memories!
