GENERAL QUESTIONS


How do I book a celebration?

Celebrations can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.


Will someone contact me before my party?

Yes! Our Celebration Coordinators will reach out the week of your party to confirm details and discuss any special requests or needs.


Do you provide invitations for parties?

Absolutely! We offer printable and digital invitations that can be customized with your party details and shared with your guests.


How many participants can I invite?

Our celebrations include 10 participants, but you’re welcome to add more participants. Party rooms are designed to accommodate 20–24 guests total. Participants is everyone that is participating in the attractions including the birthday child. If you will be having more then 20-24 participates please call us at 904.300.0070 to see how we can accommodate you!


Is there a minimum age for party guests?

Bravoz is fun for all ages! Certain attractions like Laser Tag and Hammer Time have height restrictions, but we offer plenty of alternatives for younger guests. Any guest over 42″ tall can participate in all attractions.


What is a party scratch off?

The party scratch-off card is like a fun, kid-friendly lottery card that adds an extra layer of excitement to the celebration! Each guest receives a scratch-off card with a guaranteed prize. The prizes range from snack bar treats and redemption tickets to even free future visits to Bravoz. It’s a fantastic way to keep the fun going, even after the party ends!


Can bring cake & decorations have a party in the restaurant area?

The Eats Cafe is provided for the enjoyment of our patrons. However, bringing cake, gifts and/or decorations to hold a party in this area is not permitted. If you would like to hold a party, please contact out events staff to book a party room.

BOOKING & RESCHEDULING


What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Contact us at 904-300-0070 ext. 1 as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your event.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, less 10% credit card processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are responsible for the remaining balance of the party package.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Parties can be rescheduled outside of the 14 day cancellation window at no additional charge, subject to availability.
  • Reschedules within 14 days of the event are permitted only for extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergencies) and are subject to availability and a $100 Lost Booking Fee.


Deposit Amount

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

FOOD & DECORATIONS


Can we have a themed cake and decorations?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a themed cake and decorations. Our Celebration Crew will set everything up in your party room.


Are there any restrictions on decorations?

To maintain safety and cleanliness, please avoid items like confetti, glitter, balloon arches, silly string, wall decor, or piñatas. Unsure about something? Give us a call!


Can we bring outside food?

What will my party be like?

We strive to make every party as easy and stress-free as possible. Click Here to read a complete description of the party process. 


What if a parent isn’t attending the party?

Ask them to complete their child’s waiver online before arrival.


Will we share the attractions or party room?

While the attractions are open to the public, your celebration will have its own private party room.


What time should my guests and I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything runs smoothly.


What if kids get thirsty before the room time?

We have a water station available for all party attendees to stay hydrated while playing.

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

Tips are always appreciated if you feel our Celebration Crew did a great job!


What if fewer or more kids show up on the day of the party?

You’ll only be charged for any additional guests beyond the 10 included in the package.
